Democrats mulling new ICE like agency
To be implemented after Trump's 2020 defeat.
The new agency will be known as "DICS" (Department of Idiot Collection and Security.)
After legislation is passed making flying a confederate flag or NRA membership an automatic renouncement of U.S. citizenship, the garbage collecters unions from sanctuary cities will be deputized by DICS to drive cattle trucks disguised as meth labs into rural areas to round up the denaturalized Goobers.
They will then be transported to detention centers formerly used to hold South Americans, and given literacy and I.Q. tests to determine if there is any possibility for reinstatement.
Those who are rejected will be put on container ships and dropped off in Russian ports.
