Atlanta (CNN)New documents obtained exclusively by CNN reveal that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange received in-person deliveries, potentially of hacked materials related to the 2016 US election, during a series of suspicious meetings at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.

The documents build on the possibility, raised by special counsel Robert Mueller in his report on Russian meddling, that couriers brought hacked files to Assange at the embassy.

The surveillance reports also describe how Assange turned the embassy into a command center and orchestrated a series of damaging disclosures that rocked the 2016 presidential campaign in the United States.

Despite being confined to the embassy while seeking safe passage to Ecuador, Assange met with Russians and world-class hackers at critical moments, frequently for hours at a time. He also acquired powerful new computing and network hardware to facilitate data transfers just weeks before WikiLeaks received hacked materials from Russian operatives.

These stunning details come from hundreds of surveillance reports compiled for the Ecuadorian government by UC Global, a private Spanish security company, and obtained by CNN. They chronicle Assange's movements and provide an unprecedented window into his life at the embassy. They also add a new dimension to the Mueller report, which cataloged how WikiLeaks helped the Russians undermine the US election.

An Ecuadorian intelligence official told CNN that the surveillance reports are authentic.

I do not believe that I have EVER been so angry.

I have been broken-hearted since November 2016, disgusted and ashamed by every move of the Illegal Occupant of the WH since he first set foot in there, outraged by his deliberate and calculated racism and sexism, and his ruining our country's prestige and reputation and turning it into a Millennial Nazi Regime by imprisoning human beings, including children, in cages.

But his deliberate collaboration with foreign nationals like Assange and Russians in an overt attempt to subvert our democratic processes, all so that he could be Putin's puppet, suck up to the worst dictators on the planet, and enrich himself and his corrupt misbegotten spawn at the expense of us all! That has tipped me over the edge.

I am only glad that I am far from this total POS right now . But I am so horrified and angry, I do not believe that I will ever get over either unless or until Trump is either in a prison cell - for a long, long time - or a grave.

And I would love to see Assange share a prison cell with DJT.

This is one of those cart before the horse explanations:

After Ford left the White House in 1977, he privately justified his pardon of Nixon by carrying in his wallet a portion of the text of Burdick v. United States, a 1915 U.S. Supreme Court decision that suggests that a pardon carries an imputation of guilt and that acceptance carries a confession of guilt.[4][5]

We expect justice, and when we don't have discovery and court proceedings we know a lot gets buried.

At this point in history, we now know that our own FBI agency is as sneaky as our CIA when it comes to withholding critical information. i.e. withholding the names of the Saudis who were involved with 9/11.

(as 1333 means around 250,000 constituents per rep, which is a fair number)

also fix the law to require an increase in the number of House reps as population rises, and redistribute the new seats so that the giant states are given a fair share, and also the EC can be made much more fare as well (and no Constitutional Amendment needed)

add 6 new SCOTUS justices for a total of 15

also replace Breyer, RGB and maybe Sotomayor (if her diabetes looks worse and worse)

make it federal law that a POTUS candidate and also an actual POTUS MUST submit all their tax returns

that's a start

We NEED to win POTUS and also the SENATE, and hold the House

a fairly complete rundown of possible R to D Senate flips (and the big turndowns who need to run, especially Bullock and Abrams and in NC, Foxx and/or Stein)

It is 53-47 Rethug now

I will go ahead and posit that Paedo Moore may well win in the Rethug primaries, so I will give us a hold with Jones, especially if Biden has coattails and if he picks a VP like Abrams, who will energise th A-A voters in GA, AL (tough pull for POTUS but the Senate not so much if Moore is the opponent), NC, SC (tough pull), FL, TX (same dynamics as AL, probably a bridge too far, but Abrams might help in the Senate race, but less hopeful there) and VA (and obviously nationwide)

So we would then need to flip FOUR seats to take it cleanly back. There are 10 targets (Rethug held or open and were Rethug) Even if Paedo fails, and a 'normal' RWNJ Repuke beats Jones, we still just need to flip 5, and there are DEFFO 5 that are flippable, in fact I see 8 or 9.

We are not in any danger of losing any other seats (Jeanne Shaheen in NH would be the only one that isn't a pure lock, but she should coast to victory unless Don Bolduc, an ex Brigadier General Rethug catches fire).

All the following are vulnerable Rethugs (10, but I see little hope for TX)

MT Steve Daines (Steve Bullock would beat him and he needs to give up on POTUS and get in the race for Senate) No Bullock makes it very hard unfortunately.

AZ Martha McSally Mark Kelly has a great shot at beating her

CO Cory Gardner, even if Hickenlooper refuses to run, we still have good candidates, Gardner should go down hard. This is the surest flip of all. Jena Griswold the current CO Sec of State, needs to run, she is not yet declared and already winning in some early polls. She has Dem superstar potential, and is only 34.

GA David Perdue (Stacey Abrams really should go for this seat (if she is not the VP for someone) she would be our strongest, but we have a couple others who could knock out Perdue, he is vulnerable.

IA Joni Ernst Cindy Axne was another big refusal, she would have probably beaten Ernst, who has shit approval ratings, but we have many other good candidates, although Tom Vilsack has also declined to run. Hopefully Axne or Vilsack changes their mind, or we find another great candidate, Ernst is really vulnerable, and Trump is becoming hated due to the trade war smashing the farmers. J.D. Scholten and especially Theresa Greenfield can take out Ernst.

KY Mitch McConnell His approval rating is for shit, hopefully we can find a person to give this fucker a real run, there are 3 or 4 good candidates, including Andy Beshear (although he is now running for governor in 2019), Amy McGrath (the fighter pilot), and a true wildcard who may run, Ashley Judd. Judd could maybe do it, I so hope she gets in, but the others have a shot too, as McConnell is going to be hated almost as much as Trump by November 2020. This is a HARD one, only Texas is harder.

ME Susan Collins Yet another BIG name refused to run against her (Susan Rice), but there are multiple other good candidates, especially the just-announced Sara Gideon, the current Maine Speaker of the House. Collins is finally dropping hard in the polls.

NC Thom Tillis this one we should win IF (and same old story, 2 big names refused to run already, Anthony Foxx (BHO's Sec of Trans and Josh Stein, NC AG) we get in a great candidate. Tillis's popularity is in the toilet, he is very vulnerable, and a weak campaigner. REALLY disappointed that Foxx turned it down. He is so popular (ex Charlotte mayor and Obama's Sec of Transportation) Tillis is very weak, he is underwater to huge degree in approval ratings and is polling to a loss versus multiple Dems

TN Lamar Alexander (retiring) open seat, but still we will need a great candidate (and not some old conservadem like 2018, where Phil Bredesen was a really, really bad candidate, Marsha Blackburn was a RWNJ who ran a shit campaign, but Bredesen was even worse and got smashed, even though it was a Blue tide election). I so hope Tim McGraw (yes, the singer, lol) changes his mind and runs.

TX John Cornyn (the hardest of all, I do not think even Beto or Castro could beat him, as he is much more popular than Cruz, but still, maybe Beto jumps in, but I doubt it, as a big loss would end his career to a great extent) and we do have a great candidate in MJ Hegar. I unfortunately am not optimistic here, but who knows. Go MJ!

So, recap......

IF Paedo Moore wins the Rethug Alabama primary (and IF we get some of those big names to reconsider (or get great replacements)..... then there are easily 4 or 5 or 6 that can go our way, especially if Rump loses in a landslide.

The President can pardon someone even before they are charged, let alone convicted.
This has been done by past presidents.
I think the President's pardon power needs to be more well defined.
Pardon should only be applicable after sentencing, and no one appointed by the president should be pardonable by that president.
This should apply to crimes committed both before appointment, and after.
Including the Vice-President.

Julian Assange to appear in court after Javid signs US extradition request

Home secretary opens way for court to consider whether Assange should be sent to US

https://www.theguardian.com/media/2019/jun/13/julian-assange-sajid-javid-signs-us-extradition-order

The home secretary, Sajid Javid, has revealed he has signed a request for Julian Assange to be extradited to the US where he faces charges of computer hacking.

Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme on Thursday, Javid said: “He’s rightly behind bars. There’s an extradition request from the US that is before the courts tomorrow but yesterday I signed the extradition order and certified it and that will be going in front of the courts tomorrow.”

Javid’s decision opens the way to the court sending the WikiLeaks founder to the US. Assange faces an 18-count indictment, issued by the US Department of Justice, that includes charges under the Espionage Act. He is accused of soliciting and publishing classified information and conspiring to hack into a government computer.

Javid said: “It is a decision ultimately for the courts, but there is a very important part of it for the home secretary and I want to see justice done at all times and we’ve got a legitimate extradition request, so I’ve signed it, but the final decision is now with the courts.”

The 47-year-old Australian was too ill to appear last month at a hearing at Westminster magistrates court in relation to the US request. The hearing has been rescheduled for Friday, and depending on Assange’s condition, may take place at Belmarsh prison where he is being held.

Julian Assange to face US extradition hearing in UK next year

WikiLeaks founder, indicted on 18 counts in US, will have a five-day hearing in February

https://www.theguardian.com/media/2019/jun/14/julian-assange-to-face-us-extradition-hearing-in-uk-next-year

Julian Assange will face a five-day US extradition hearing in February next year, a judge has ruled. The WikiLeaks founder faces an 18-count indictment, issued by the US Department of Justice, that includes charges under the Espionage Act. At Westminster magistrates court on Friday, the chief magistrate, Emma Arbuthnot, ordered that a full extradition hearing should begin on 25 February.

Ben Brandon, representing the US, formally opened the case, a day after an extradition request was signed off by the home secretary, Sajid Javid. “This is related to one of the largest compromises of confidential information in the history of the United States,” Brandon told the court.

As Brandon ran through a summary of the accusations against Assange, including that he had cracked a US defence network password, Assange, appearing by video link, protested: “I didn’t break any password whatsoever.”

One fourth of the comments they get are serious, ordinary people supporting them.
One fourth of the comments they get are support from CRAZY WHACKY TRUMP-LOVING WEIRDOS WHO BELIEVE ANY CONSPIRACY-THEORY.

Assange fooled the Eucadorean government and many supporters of the freedom of the press.

Not all of us suspected him of accepting data from a foreign government to help a corrupt presidential candidate. I still have problems believing he willingly helped a known murderer like Putin and a fucktard like Trump. Assange most have the morals of an alley cat, no offense meant to cats. And I never knew he was Australian. He was a Rupert Murdoch wannabe.

And very few people suspect Trump of being a Traitor.

Even the FBI was busy putting out letters about Hillary Clinton's emails instead of denouncing Trump for the Traitor he is.
