The fault lies with Russian meddling and also with how the two major party candidates campaigned in those swing states.

(53,784 posts)Actually it is getting close to the presidential cycle. The Greens come out of the woodwork every four years and blasts the Dems 24/7 without mentioning the repugsall the way to the bank I might add.
They have all the time between presidential elections to build grassroots infrastructure, run for local and state elections, get on more ballotsyou know, become a real partybut they somehow don't bother to so we know someone is paying them to do this every four years.
