A simple question that you should ask each MAGA jerk you encounter.
What does "Make America Great Again" mean? Maybe follow-up with "How long has America not been great"?
Maybe a few will answer something like "This country has been taken advantage of for too long...blah blah blah".
But most will just stare at you as their fucking dead eyes glaze over.
Because slogans are easy. Thinking is hard.
I think at this point in time, asking that question has the possibility of turning the MAGA jerk into a stuttering prick, because they are going to try to come up with something witty without sounding like racist slime.
No matter how they answer, the correct response is to give them a quizzical look with a half smile, and say "Oh yeah"? Or, "Really"? Then just keep looking at them. I used to do this all of the time, and in fact, you can probably find some pretty hilarious interviews with Trump supporters on youtube where they try to answer a question like they have some idea of what the fuck is actually going on around them.
On second thought, maybe the better idea is, instead of asking them this question, do like I have been doing recently, and not engaging with them at all. Because after all that has happened so far in this administration, I personally find it next to impossible to separate a person's politics from their morality, or lack thereof.
