...it said "Log in with your current cable provider."

I have Roku, I don't believe they offer it. I pay an extra $5 a month for the news package, which includes MSNBC, CNN, but no CSPAN.

I watch on on Live News US.

It live steams MSNBC, CNN, etc.

It is free, I don't have cable or satellite, just the internet.

Here are several sites that live stream MSNBC, CNN, etc. STREAMFARE and Live News Watch.

I sure hope Democrats decide to move on and stop talking about Trump's racism before too many people absorb that message and begin re-thinking their political orientation if they don't want to be identified with bigots and racists.
