President Trump said Tuesday that people are calling the United Kingdoms new prime minister Boris Johnson Britain Trump," praising the new leader as a good man.
We have a really good man whos going to be the prime minister of the U.K. now, Boris Johnson. Good man, hes tough, and hes smart, Trump said, addressing the conservative youth organization Turning Point USA.
Theyre saying Britain Trump. They call him Britain Trump, and people are saying thats a good thing.

According to YouGov, 21 percent of British people have a positive opinion of Trump.

(7,233 posts)The most we know right now is that there'll have to be one by 5 May 2022 under the Fixed-term Parliaments Act.
Of course, if a vote of no confidence is carried in Parliament and no new government can be formed without an election or the Tories choose to bend the rules and call an election earlier, it could happen.
