So now we're shorting the military to shore up a bogus promise

As a former USMC wife, I was furious to hear about the housing scandal: filthy, moldy, vermin-infested on-base housing that has been unaddressed for years, despite officials being fully aware of it. Mexico was supposed to pay for the wall, deplorables, not our troops and their families. Shame on the Supreme Court for allowing this unconstitutional shifting of funds.
