Why do Democrats put down Romney so much?

The guy gave MA similar healthcare that everyone is so happy that Obama brought to us. He might actually turn out to be a moderate Republican. Would that be evil incarnate? I voted for Obama but I did not expect him to extend FISA, kill a leader of a sovereign nation, or sign NDAA. Let's not mention drones, either.

The irony is that the main reason Republicans are against Mittens is because they think he's a secret librul. And yet look at all the libruls savaging him!

I wonder why you wouldn't vote for a member of a cult.

teabaggers are going to make sure he is staying to the right. Remember what Norquist said a couple months ago. All the need in the white house is someone to sign the bills with auto pen. You are kidding yourself if you honestly think he is moving to the middle. He will put judges on the supreme court like Roberts and Ailto. Obama has disappointed but not as bad as this group is going to do to the american people.

He isn't anything except what he needs to pretend to be in order to get elected. Right now the power in the GOP party is the lunatic fringe teabagger contingent; therefore he will be what they want him to be. And that's pretty horrifying: extreme Randian economics, extreme anti-choice, anti-woman, anti-gay, anti-minority positions: he will stand for everything liberals deplore.

Mitt doesn't know who he is, he has flip flopped over and over again. And he wanted to be Gov of Mass so he had to work with the Dem legislature there. He is also pro life now. Or is he? Who the hell knows because he stands for an empty suit and will get into power through the money thrown at the Repub party.

Republican" he is mostly likely a fine family man who is loved by his family.... but, he has no clue about the real world, he has no empathy and as President he would cozy up so close to Israel that it would be dangerous for the Middle East and US, he would end needed help for many people who have no options and the environment would suffer greatly under his skewed religious beliefs... the man has no place in a 'civilized' society

will say anything he thinks will get a vote, lies as easily as he blinks his eyes, and has a pompous uppity demeanor that indicates he has no clue what life is like for the average American. Plus he thinks he is "entitled" to the Presidency like it is his turn and we have no right to expect to see his tax returns or any policy details.

Good Grief!!!

Edited to add: His foreign policy advisors include much of the same neocons who worked with W to get us into two unfunded for wars.

He is a vulture capitalist who made his fortune destroying the lives of middle class families. He does not pay his fair share of taxes and hides his money in ever loophole he can find.

He is anti-choice, Anti-middleclass, anti-working class, anti-lgbt, etc etc etc

And he is also a smarmy entitled little ass who became gov of my state and then proceeded to spend a good portion of his time in iowa and nh running for president. he didn't give a shit about MA except as a stepping stone to a job he feels entitled to.

Let's get something straight. Mr. Romney is so self-serving and craven, that he will say anything he believes anyone wants to hear, as long as it gets their vote.

And if he were to win the presidency, dont misunderstand what will happen: he would be the perfect ventriloquist's dummy--whatever the most well-heeled or powerful or shrill group that holds sway over him and his cronies will get to insert their hand in his back, and make him say, sign, or do whatever they wish him to. Grover Norquist said so, and the sentiment met zero resistance among the Republican "intelligensia", as it were.

That's what happens when you have no core, moral, immoral, or otherwise. Please don't be fooled--I was in 2000 with Mr. Bush--won't get fooled again.

Romney hasn't presented his plan of action on anything.

Romney gets up there and moves his mouth and words come out from his mouth, but the meaning is essentially nothing. We're all supposed to simply be impressed because a wealthy, dip-stick white guy wants to be President? That's Republican code (wink, wink) for just get rid of that black guy!

I don't think so...
