Ohio State Rep Blames Dayton Shooting On Obama, Gay Marriage, Drag Queens, Video Games, Marijuana

Columbus’s CBS News affiliate reports:

A representative from southwest Ohio posted to her Facebook that the blame for the Dayton shootings should be placed on gay marriage, recreational marijuana and former President Barack Obama among other things. Rep. Candice Keller (R-Middletown) began her post by saying “liberals start the blame game” after every mass shooting and “why not place the blame where it belongs?”

“The breakdown of the traditional American family(thank you, transgender, homosexual marriage, and drag queen advocates); fatherlessness, a subject no one discusses or believes is relevant; the ignoring of violent video games; the relaxing of laws against criminals(open borders); the acceptance of recreational marijuana; failed school policies(hello, parents who defend misbehaving students): disrespect to law enforcement(thank you, Obama).”

that eating bananas can cause schizophrenic reactions in some of our best crackpots, most of whom have arsenals of assault rifles. Keller also failed to point out the salient fact that assault rifles are people, too, and that they should not be taken into custody without due process. She should rightly point out that assault rifles have an inalienable right to attach themselves to humans and form bonds that can never be broken. The good people of southwestern Ohio should call out Keller for her craven ignorance in these matters and demand the creation of an Assault Rifle Bill of Rights to stifle demands that these weapons of such high potency be place under the control of common sense.
