Is the GOP trying to REWARD white terrorism with "immigration reform"?

He says he wants to link immigration reform together with some type of gun control measure.

isn’t he basically saying that he wants to give the terrorist what the terrorist supposedly wanted? To “stop the invasion“?

Of course there’s the politics: Trump would win whether it’s by letting gun control die on the vine and blaming the Democrats, or forcing Democrats to sacrifice either gun control or protections for DACA kids or asylum-seekers.

But maybe what he means by “letting something good or even great” come out of these tragedies is even worse. Is Trump feeling sad that his peep Crusius is gonna end up in jail for life or executed, and wants to make something good come of it? The message he would be sending — is it that the shooter was a martyr for a good cause?

Shoot up a Walmart and your president will give you what you want, you young white supremacists. Because your president is sympathetic to your pitiful fears and angst, and your delusions of glory. Cause enough pain, and the Congress will be lured into passing some lame little halfhearted gun control measure but it will be accompanied by anti-immigrant measures to make America whiter again.

The content of the measures would be irrelevant. It would set up a reward system for domestic terrorists.

The GOP is going to encourage the terrorists by giving them what they want. What are they going to try to give the terrorists the next time?

He’ll say, “a lot of people are angry, a LLOTTT of people. Angry, folks. Angry that their homeland is being taken away by invaders. Angry that they’re supposed to stand idly by while our border crossed by thousands of people — tens of thousands of people — crossing it every day — murderers, rapist. Coming into your home. If someone breaks into your home in the middle of the night and you shoot them, what’s that called? Self-defense. That’s called self-defense, and that’s where we have the Second Amendment. A lot of people are angry and I don’t blame them. Their home is being invaded. Who can blame them for wanting to defend it?”

He will say something like that in a few days; the media will get vapors, some in the GOP will tut-tut, but most will say his comments are simply supportive of the constitution and are being taken out of context.

Democrats were even willing to work on the issue earlier on with Trump and he blew up just about every deal/proposal made and he has only gotten increasingly punitive with immigrants since then. At this point, a LOT needs to change before we even can start talking about "reform" And it should- in no way- be tied to gun control.
