There was not as much animosity between Trump and Epstein as Trump has pretended.

In my opinion, Trump and Epstein have remained close thru-out the years.

In 2008, Epstein got a "special deal" from a prosecutor named Alexander Acosta. Human nature would tell us that Trump would not have been happy with that decision if he and Epstein were on the outs.

But, who does Trump hire as his Secretary of Labor after he claims the White House? The one and the same Alexander Acosta!

Was it just a coincidence that the Labor Dept is in charge of combatting human trafficking and Acosta tried to cut the program by 80%? https://www.thedailybeast.com/labor-secretary-alex-acosta-who-cut-deal-with-epstein-tried-to-slash-anti-trafficking-budget

Would Trump have hired the guy that was so close to Jeffrey Epstein, if he was no longer speaking to Epstein and did not consider him a friend?

There is a lot that does not add up with Mr Trump and Epstein.

1. Trump's supposed break with Epstein is really only predicated on 2 things

1) Epstein got caught. He pleaded guilty. He was, officially, a sex offender. Every headline or picture caption Trump would share with Epstein going forward would include those words -- "sex offender" -- and Trump didn't want people to think of those words when they thought of Donald Trump (no matter how much he deserved it; actually, specifically because he deserved it). Trump's ego would not allow the bright, brilliant star that is Donald Trump (obvious ) to be sullied by the association.

2) Epstein tried to groom the daughter of a Mar-a-Lago member. That by itself Trump probably didn't give a shit about. But the member complained, in person, to Trump. THAT Trump cared about. So Trump showed Epstein the door.

Trump started the business. He recruited girls to Mar-a-Lago to service his high-powered international friends, including the Russians and the Saudis. Epstein was his partner in crime, in my opinion.

If we do find out that Barr made a trip to New York to see Epstein, we will probably discover that Trump ordered him to do so?

On the deal Epstein was in the process of cutting to buy a property in Florida which Trump ended up selling WAY above market to a Russian.

It was more eipstein dropping him.

My guess is he would have tried to hide things that made him look bad.

One thing that reporters keep missing is that Trump had at least one teen aged girl doing massages at Mar a Lago. I am reasonably sure that is illegal in Florida. Either she lied about her age and no one made a serious attempt to find out her true age, or the Mar a Lago people KNEW that she was a minor and hired her anyway, but lied about her age. But somehow Epstein knew how young she was. How did Epstein find that out?
