20. Pres and VP can be from the same state - there is no law prohibiting this.

However, it's considered geographically undesirable because it can then be argued that too much power is concentrated from one region. It also alters the workings of the Electoral College with regard to their casting of their final votes. Otherwise, it is a possibility.
