Well, a case of bleach should be included with the sale.

Oh, and, "as is", no returns. No warranty is expressed or implied, etc. Maybe a long list of contraindications like you get with medications? Warning, taking this government can lead to...

Shit, we can’t even take care of Puerto Rico....... what the hell would we do to Greenland??
The other thing was that tRump believes in global warming and he wants a “good” climate to move to that is in US control...... but that’s just my twisted mind working overtime....YMMV
