OM Fing God.. Trump just stated that

Doctors came out of the operating rooms to congratulate and swoon over him while he was in the hospital....Just fucking complete insanity.. Diagnosis? He's lost it.. Get the white restraint jacket out!!!

The only way Trump can recreate anything resembling the crowds of joyous people who came to see Obama is to surround himself with staff loyalists acting like props, or bussed in stage extras. When the contrived image doesn't deliver the perfect photo op then Trump starts lying and invents the sort of unbelievable, Bunyanesque tall tales that would make a used car salesman blush.

my imagination pounced on a scenario where he'd been admitted as a patient... Then reality set in.
