So, the DR. who took me out of work due to a concussion

is now refusing to fill out my State Disability Claim?!

$ weeks off work after a major car accident and still going back only 1/2 time for the next 2 weeks... but he had the secretary call me at 4:55 to tell me he won't do ti because it's not a valid medical condition?
Um, so I lost 4 weeks of salary because of nothing?
So the headaches and nausea and vision issues were just ...what?

I'm now having to wait till 8am to call (his supervisor and my lawyer)and feeling like shit (still) on top of all this isn't helping and I got bills due and this guy wants to be a fucker?

This day has been shit, I need a fucking glass of wine and a bubble bath...

it is a temporary condition and not a lasting traumatic brain injury. I guess that's why some people have Aflac. Did your work short term disability pay kick in after your vacation and sick pay ran out?

like unemployment... no strike against my employer, it's based on my earnings...

it IS temporary, but I am still out wages... and while I do have a lawyer who is pursuing the other driver insurance for that as well....I was just trying to get SOMETHING to help pay the bills in the meantime...

I'm sorry you're going through this mess. If you belong to a credit union you may be able to get a loan.
