DNC going head to head with Cowboys/Giants

This is not good. Especially if Biden is talking that day. He deserves to have his speech seen by as many people as possible.

The NFL season started on a Thursday four years ago, as I think McCain's speech either led into, or was right after, the game. The Democrats asked the NFL to move the kickoff to Wednesday because they didn't want it messing with Obama's speech. But you're right. It was stupid scheduling. Clinton is expected to speak Wednesday and that won't get any air time, either. So, the Democrats really screwed the pooch on this one.

Biden is speaking Thursday.

The nfl would move it to monday...let's stop assuming that this game is not being played with a loaded deck.
