3. That's not quite accurate.

It's not that TrumpCo. was too inept to conspire with the Russians, because they most certainly did. Mueller couldn't find definitive evidence, though, because TrumpCo. didn't cooperate fully with the investigation. They put up too many roadblocks for the investigation to discover the evident conspiracy. TrumpCo. was anything but inept. They got away with it. We had damned well better NOT allow them to get away with the obstruction of justice!
