seriously, does anyone believe that Trump would wait for congressional approval if he wanted to use nukes, let alone sign a law that would require him to do so? really? are we still fishing in that desert? it might be a very appropriate and necessary law, but i don't see it doing a whole lot to help us out of this particular situation. hell, i don't imagine it will get as far as a cloture vote in the senate.
