Twitter CEO's hacked account sends racist tweets
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - The account of Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) Chief Executive Jack Dorsey was hacked on Friday afternoon, sending public tweets and retweets including racial slurs and curse words to 4 million followers.
Twitter in a tweet said it was aware the account was compromised and investigating what had happened.
One of the tweets claimed Nazi leader Adolf Hitler was innocent, while others contained racist comments against black people and Jews.
There was also a tweet suggesting there was a bomb at Twitters headquarters: Intel is theres a bomb at Twitter HQ.
The account also posted a hashtag that was used during the apparent hacks of several YouTube stars last week. It also shared a link to a server on gaming chat application Discord, though the server invitation link is no longer valid.

Dorsey is a closeted right winger. I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't hacked.

(14,966 posts)4. How do we know he didn't just post this crap himself in a moment of unhinged, true-color showing?
This is a guy who carved out a specific exception to his company's TOS enforcement for Republican politicians. With priorities/values like that, why should I grant him the benefit of the doubt of believing his "I was hacked" explanation for this vile, toxic content? He's got no credibility on that front.

(32,634 posts)8. He would only do that on his fake account
I'm sure he knows better.

The moron should have known Trump was bullshitting him and it wasn't a matter of "National Security."
