Why are some people trying so hard to convince everyone impeachment is already happening?

When it clearly is not happening. What's the motivation there?

They want people to get in an uproar about it so they can say they did something good for the country.

And we simply chose to believe that -- rather than to listen to more whinging and crying here on DU.

10. yep. whinging and complaining

first they're "not doing anything". then (with evidence presented that maybe they ARE), "they're not moving fast enough!" Long and short .. they're not doing it YOUR way .. and, once again, the threat rolls out that they won't get the (your?) votes. Whinging, whining, crying .. something along those lines.

5. I believe that technically it has been.

The House reconvenes next Monday, Sept 9. If you want impeachment, call your rep. If your rep already supports impeachment, call them to thank them. Also call your senators & ask them to speak out in support of impeaching Trump. And don't forget Madame Speaker. They all have telephone numbers & websites with contact forms.

What's the actual end game?

I'm not sure what, if anything, it will do to make things better. Someone please help me understand what we will actually gain from it.

I know it's a process but what is the final outcome? Will anything actually change?

I am feeling frustrated and confounded. I just want to know, how it is going to actually help us?
