Michael Moore's comments about the buying of the election

I have been thinking about what he said several times today and finally figured why he said "get used to President Romney"
First of all with his documentaries etc,etc..he is most comfortable promoting his films. On several occasions when I have seen interviews (several on Bill Maher Real Time ) he has never been a real fan of President Obama. Even on the Olbermann show again never a big fan of Obama. Now he talked about the billions Repuke pacs where spending, but never mentioned to Democrats that they had to get busy on the canvassing, phone banks etc. and contributions..
Never once did he explain that our boots on the ground were much greater than the Teabaggers, the Repubs, and other parties that come under the GOP umbrella.
So I disagree with the fact that this election is over because we wont match the lying lier's $$
..As for Michael ..With Romney in the White House wouldn't that give him more $$ because after all less taxes for him..

Note : After watching a couple Advisor's for Romney in my opinion it appears Obama has a much better staff

What he said is no different from knee jerk crap I read from DUers. Michael like those DUers is always free to explain to me why, if money equals political victory, Meg Whitman is not Governor of California. She outspent Brown 3 to 1 and also spent much more personal energy and time than Brown did, and she just lost....
Mike's been hyper wrong about many election predictions and opinions in the past. He spent the 2004 election trying to make penance for his 2000 fuck up fest. It always amazes me how people can be so wildly wrong and claim great contrition for their errors, then stand up instantly expecting their next prediction will be taken seriously.

I've been careful lately to keep from criticizing Obama and yet some here are never happy unless everyone is constantly singing paeans of praise.

I remember when Moore eviscerated Sanjay Gupta on Larry King "Hey, that's _my_ line."

Gupta was uncharacteristically speechless.

And don't get me started on Andrew "Bell Curve" Sullivan..

I'm just a bit sick of the whole 'money makes a hit' theory. Making it sound like the Democrats have $12 and a KFC gift card to run on is also a false meme. There is so much money flowing on both sides that words like 'more' and 'less' cease to apply and one needs to reach toward words like 'plenty' and 'enough' and 'gluttony' to describe the spending sprees.
I defend Mike all the time, he's a hero of mine but in this case when he's saying 'get ready for Romney' one has to remind him that he also said Al Gore and GW Bush were the same when staring at an election. So perhaps, just perhaps, he's just as wrong about this as he was about that? Maybe he's just not Nate Silver when it comes to elections. To be fair, I have no desire to see some film made by Nate Silver either.

After 2000, I don't trust him when it comes to political analyses.
