The House Intelligence Cmte sent a letter to General Flynn late Friday accusing him of failing to comply with the cmte's subpoenas and Chair Adam Schiff writes that he "now commands" Flynn to appear for a hearing on Sept. 25th at 9:30am + also provide documents by Sept. 18th
If Flynn fails to cooperate with the subpoena (which was sent in June), Schiff writes: the Committee will have no choice but to consider appropriate measures to enforce the subpoena.

Well, Mikey!
Flynn did 100 times more than what Hillary Clinton has done and then some. His sorry ass will be going to jail whether or not he cooperates. He will be put in a cell with a man who will make him watch his every move. This is what he deserves for lying to the FBI, being an agent for a foreign country he did not declare, perhaps a Russian asset, etc.

(2,947 posts)but the prosecutors said they were ready? How can Flynn's ignoring this subpoena be used as part of his sentencing in the other case? Is this a maneuver by Schiff to coerce the testimony and documents from Flynn or to show the court in the other case that Flynn is not "sorry" has no respect for the rule of law and that he'd be a potential flight risk if not jailed?
