Medicare for All would save this caller who cannot afford to use his Obamacare

A caller to Politics Done Right was clear that while he is the named insured on his Affordable Care Act policy, he is effectively uninsured because he cannot afford to use his policy. He learned how Medicare For All would save him.

Because I've never heard anyone who supports it give a realistic explanation about how that would happen.
The ACA just managed to squeak through getting passed. It is not perfect (what is?) and if someday MFA ever does get passed into law it will eventually be found not to be perfect either.

are opposed philosophically (ignorant) or just not sure it will be better than what they have.
