Climate activist Greta Thunberg meets with a real president to discuss climate change

Just 16, @GretaThunberg is already one of our planet’s greatest advocates. Recognizing that her generation will bear the brunt of climate change, she’s unafraid to push for real action. She embodies our vision at the @ObamaFoundation: A future shaped by young leaders like her.

I know this should lift my spirits, and it does, but it's also a painful reminder of how much we lost so quickly because a bunch of racists can't handle the fact that they're not 100% in charge of everything.

I've had this discussion in here and I realize that we don't want the same people to become entrenched in power forever. But, I wish the 22nd Amendment prohibited 3 CONSECUTIVE terms rather than prohibiting more than 2 terms in a lifetime. Obama is a perfect case of someone who took a term off after 2 consecutive terms, and then the public realizes how much they appreciated their leadership and would vote for more of it.
