It's the standard fallback position/response of Donnie Two-Scoops every time (most all of the time) when he has no idea what the questioning reporter is talking about.
"We'll see what happens."
I'd love to see a video mash up of how many times he's said that since he stole the office.

He really likes the idea and power and PUBLICITY of being THE PRESIDENT, but is too damn lazy and self centered and indifferent to do the work required to actually govern.

So we have no real governing.
We have self serving lobbyists and amateurs feathering their own nests at our expense.

I hope we can survive as a nation until the next election.

His other standby phrase is “We’re looking at a lot of things.”
With those two phrases and a few other word salad entries he can slide right through and not sound like too much of a dumbass. Until you see it in print or really think about what he actually said. Or didn’t say is more like it.
