so he's getting out of the kitchen. I emailed him many times and got a pat answer with the usual talking points and then he announced he won't run for reelection. I think he sees the handwriting on the wall and wants out.

I give him a pass. If Max Rose supports impeachment, he loses in 2020. He still might.
