Mueller Section 1 looked into election issues and couldn't produce a smoking gun, but didn't clear Trump.

Mueller Section 2 looked at obstruction and called out at least 10 instances where anyone without a DoJ policy covering them could be indicted.

Rudy's statement from May admits he is aiding his client in obstructing on-going investigations.

Impeach Trump and put the rest in jail with him.
