Given his direct mob-related activities, how the hell did Ghouliani manage to glom onto him? Even Rudy must recognize a criminal to the degree Lev is a criminal. I guess Rudy sold out any 9/11 glory for big bucks and Lev seems to be a person who can make money appear at the snap of a finger. You also have to wonder if the Orange Fuhrer was involved in any of the investment schemes. It sounds right up his alley.
