FWIW, John Eisenberg subpoenaed, as well as Rick Perry chief of staff Brian McCormack

NEW: Impeachment investigators have subpoenaed
John Eisenberg, the NSC’s top legal advisor, to
testify on Monday.

They have also subpoenaed Brian McCormack, Rick
Perry’s chief of staff, for Monday deposition, per a
source familiar

a Trump personal lawyer. They should do the same to McGhan, both for disobeying a subpoena.
