Most likely ghostwritten, like the ones his Dad put out.

Like they usually do with right-wing "authors," the right-wing uses the technique perfected by the Scientologists, of buying lots of their own books to artificially inflate the actual sales.

(15,148 posts)I just hope I don't see a huge stack of them by the front door of Costco next time I go. I remember when there was an entire table of Bill O'Reilley's crap book - don't remember which one. It was about killing somebody or other. I wanted to do something dastardly to the pile, but kept my temper (that IS what we do as Democrats) and walked by. Let somebody else waste their money on that BS.

I stand there thinking of the ways I can show my true feelings
But I remember freedom of speech and don't take any action
Sure is fun to think about though....

(2,336 posts)I believe Rachel Maddow did her own writing with help from an editor -- can't say for sure but she's got such a good writing style, it's doubtful she'd need a full-on ghost writer.
Unless one is already a pretty good writer though, a ghost writer is a must. No way that moron spawn of a complete idiot wrote a single word of his "book."
