November 11, 2019 at 7:04 pm EST By Taegan Goddard
Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said that President Trumps foul language and dog whistles of lawless behavior to many of his supporters call into question the presidents fitness for office, The Hill reports.
Said Napolitano: All of that is a question of free speech, personal taste and political risk.
He added: But threats to ignore parts of the Constitution are not matters of speech, taste or risk. They reveal character traits but question the presidents fitness for office.
