The Repukes are weaponizing the Senator TURTLE tactic of denying-OBAMA-a-justice with the canard that the timing was too close to the next election, therefore "let the people decide."
Uh, no, that's a perversion of "deciding by the people." No such time limit is in the Constitution.
So now The Ambitious Nikki HALLEY is out there saying that the president* was ELECTED and should be left alone until the next election for THE PEOPLE to decide.
Uh, no, Nikki. Impeachment is *IN* the Constitution, and is there without a time limit, and the House was ELECTED, TOO, with assigned job duties, among which is impeachment.
