Even though Cummings stood up for Meadows when things got tense in committee, when Trump viciously went after Cummings, Meadows said not a word in his defense, even though he claimed to be such a good friend.

He and Trump deserve each other.

Cummins put himself out there and this asshole rewarded that with silence ... Meadows is most likely taking Russian money too.

Thus he will have to resign from Congress, and a special election can be called. With the present electoral map I would expect another R to be replacing Meadows in a special election, but it would be interesting to see the results, especially since it would be closer to the general election.
