I think it is.
- He may have some new revelations.
- He has conservative credentials so it will be hard for right wingers to attack him plus discredits the partisan witch hunt argument.
- Is a known face to many Americans unlike the other witnesses.

(23,099 posts)He wants all the good stuff to be revealed in his book and besides hes a rw'er. He doesn't like drumpf, but he likes a lot of the things he does outside of foreign policy. He doesn't care about the country enough to testify, as all repugs, he's all about himself and fuck the country. It could take years in court to get resolved and we don't have that time. Besides, it might also be appealed to SCOTUS and the majority there are the worst of the worst and we could lose.
I'd love for Bolton to testify, it would do so much for the country, but he's a total ass. If the judge resolves the case on 12/10 (very doubtful) I'd say yes, bring him in immediately. Since this probably won't happen or would be immediately appealed - I think this is a losing wish and we will just have to go with a weaker, but still with significant proof, hand.
