Is it possible someone was in my computer?

I was visiting the creative speculation forum yesterday. One link led to another, and eventually I ended up on YouTube watching a film produced by Pilots for 911 Truth. It was about a 45 minute flick, so I sat back to watch a bit of it. About 10 or 15 minutes into the film, suddenly the scroll bar on the right hand side of my screen scrolls down to the comments. I leaned forward and checked my mouse and keyboard to make sure nothing was leaning against them, and nothing was. So, I scrolled back up to the film, sat back, and a couple of seconds later it scrolls back down. This happens 2 more times. Then, I got the creeps. I turned off my internet connection and left it off for most of the day. What happened there? Was someone in my computer? Why didn't my virus software (viper) pick it up? Anyone have any idea what happened? Some insight would be greatly appreciated.
