The video is being posted by multiple new Twitter handles with a 2:19 video. The Russian speaking mercenaries douse the body in fuel then set it on fire while laughing. This is a #WarCrimes case
The first video shows the mercenaries beheading the Syrian man. I won't use stills to present the video as there are none that are useful to the public. They are playing music while cutting his head off. It is 1:38 in length.
The mercenaries are listening to a song called "I am Russian special forces, I am going to kill" - (Я российский спецназ, я иду убивать )

Wagner group and Yevgeny Prigozhin (aka “Putin’s chef”, who runs Internet Research Agency indicted by Mr. Muller & Co. in February 2018):
Wagner is believed to be funded by Yevgeny Prigozhin, a rich businessman close to President Vladimir Putin. Mr Prigozhin is on the US sanctions list because of his links to the eastern Ukraine separatists.
In December 2016 the US Treasury said Mr Prigozhin had "extensive business dealings" with the Russian defence ministry and was linked to the construction of a new military base near Ukraine.

In another of the clips, a man claims “there are about 215 fucking killed” on the Russian side.
It has been reported that up to 300 Russians may have died in the strikes. The Kremlin initially denied all reports of Russians being involved in the incident. However, in recent days, Russia’s foreign ministry has acknowledged that “several dozen” Russians were killed or wounded.
A foreign ministry report said, “Russian service members did not take part in any capacity and Russian military equipment was not used.” It said those involved were “Russian citizens” who were in Syria “of their own free will and for different reasons.”

Journalist Maxim Borodin died under suspicious circumstances in April 2018:
In recent weeks, the journalist had written about Russian mercenaries known as the "Wagner Group" who were reportedly killed in Syria on 7 February in a confrontation with US forces.

Three journalists killed in Africa, said to be investigating Wagner group activities, August 2018:
The men were in the country to investigate the activities of Wagner, a shadowy Russian private military firm, said a Russian online news outlet, the Center for Investigation Management (TsUR), in a Facebook post last week.
