Here's The Thing, Trumpers. Impeachment Is Not Just About "The Call".
Sure, the call may have been the final straw, but there's plenty of other straws. Plenty of other shoes that have dropped. The fact that Alex Jones attempted to out one of the jurors in the Roger Stone trial not only means that they're scared, but that there's a hell of a lot more to this whole thing than previously thought. Same with the fact that Trump attempted to use Twitter to intimidate the witness testifying against him. The Call is just another piece of the puzzle. What we have here is a party that is completely dunk with power and out of control.
The thing is, no one is trying to overturn the 2016 election, regardless of how many times the orange oaf screams about it, or cries fake news. It's that he's an abusive piece of shit. And every attempt to keep him in check, he bullies, name calls, rage tweets, and abuses anyone who is not him and doesn't have their lips placed firmly on his ass.
And when he doesn't get his way, like a two year old, he retreats to his favorite medium - the tweet - to complain about how he's not getting his way. That it's fake news. And that real journalists are working hard to discredit him.
He's just a liar, a bully, and an asshole. He's everything that is soulless and wrong with this country. Rooting for him is like rooting for Goldfinger to kill James Bond. He's equal parts Eric Cartman and Nelson Muntz. And he's backed with a group of supporters who think he is the second coming of Jesus. Which really says as much about them as it does about him. It's madness.
