Leaked report concludes Russia may have influenced Brexit vote

London: Questions about the British government's failure to release a report on Russia's interference in the country's politics have continued to dog Prime Minister Boris Johnson as critics said leaks from the document raised concerns about the security of next month's election.

The report from Parliament's intelligence committee concludes that Russian interference may have affected the 2016 referendum on Britain's departure from the European Union, though the impact is "unquantifiable," the Sunday Times reported.

The committee said British intelligence services failed to devote enough resources to counter the threat and highlighted the impact of articles posted by Russian new sites that were widely disseminated on social media, the newspaper reported.

Emily Thornberry, the opposition Labour Party's foreign affairs spokeswoman, said the leaks raise questions that deserve answers ahead of the December 12 poll.

Of course they did! Wherever there's political or financial instability and uncertainty, it benefits Russia and Putin.

talk show hosts who read emails on air, hostss influenced by the same breitbart-type websites, and other types of pro-nationalism propaganda - just like what was so invisible and successful here in the US - and still is.

are those talk stations elevated by their broadcasting associations with pro and university sports, like here?

Was over in Europe in September and watched Sky tv and BBC news. It seemed every time I turned on the tv there was the Nigel he is so pro Brexit and used patriotic comments that the UK must go it alone and then it will return to the great empire. I actually laughed out loud when I heard that.

a penis to keep her brain in, so until some guys said it, it was irrelevant.

So, there's that. This isn't new news. It's news to be sure, but I kept seeing it called "breaking" news a day or so ago on Twitter.

It isn't breaking. It's just been ignored while society looked for more reliable (ie: male) voices about it.

The Russian mobster isn't happy just stealing his nation's wealth to pay for his palaces and sex workers. He wants the world to bow to his little tiny frame. There's a man with a serious Napoleon complex.

Too bad we all are consumed by capitalism. Without capitalism, we wouldn't be so quick to bow and cater to the filthy rich, especially Americans. Buying and bribing politicians has been made legal thanks to the Supremes. But it is an inevitable outcome of capitalism. In other countries buying national leaders is a little more difficult. But capitalism ensures every country that has that economic system has traitors that can be bought.
