Who farted on Hardball??? Swalwell or Tweety?

2 minutes into the show, Swalwell is answering Tweety's question, and when he says the word "cheated", plain as day one of them let it rip. Swalwell hesitated a bit, but I couldn't tell if he did it or just heard it and kept an incredible straight face.

I was watching the DVR of The Beat, and instead of stopping it at the end, I let the recording run a bit since I want to hear what Swalwell has to say.

Listening to it, Swalwell seems to stop abruptly right before the sound. I'm thinking if you're speaking you keep plowing through, and stopping there seems a bit unnatural. That leads me to think that he knew he was about to let it slip out but was powerless to stop it.

Or, perhaps it was the camera operator/tech that was nearby.
