with a sound bite from something said or written during the hearings. She’s doing it to distill what the general message of the day is. She explains it as she goes.

She says if you can take all those hours of testimony and shrink them down to one phrase or sentence that it would be what is in the needlepoint. Then she goes on to talk about it.
