He is not questioning -- he is arguing with the witness.

Also: He is speaking quickly and his tone of voice is higher than usual -- indicates panic to me.

former prosecutors, former AGs, real trial attorneys... why do they only seem to be able to hire these addled and muddled guys? I know it's got to be hard to make the case for Trump, but Castor's constantly eliciting testimony AGAINST his case. And he has no real judicial temperament-- he gets angry, confused-- unlike Schiff and Goldman, who remain pretty calm.
