By offering javelins, does that not make the aid even more important to Ukraine?

Seems like that is a pretty big deal. And give a pretty damned big leverage over their government.

I mean, I think they needed extra defense aid. Does that not make the stakes even higher?

Note: Volker evidentally has ties to the company providing javelins.
