a corrupt old man who stumbled into infamy because of a national disaster (can anyone remember the mm/yy? - apparently that's all he can.)

Sort of like pitching the hip smartness of intellectuals and artists against the drab grey suits from K Street or Madison Ave. (Liberals vs. dullards.) Except America's ghouliani only has some DC wanna-be swamp creatures working on his messaging.
