Have the Democrats already subpoenaed Giuliani, Bolton, Mulvaney, McGahn, Pence, Perry, and Pompeo?

How can there be a Senate trial without hearing from those witnesses??

Although they may defy the House subpoenas, could they also ignore Senate subpoenas in a Senate trial?

In my opinion, if the Democrats have not yet subpoenaed the above witnesses, it would be difficult to argue that a Senate trial would be fair to the American people.

There is no need for the Democrats to disarm if they go to the trial in the Senate. They should demand those witnesses appear.

I cannot see how it would be possible to deny their request?

It would seem very unfair to leave out such important witnesses in such an important trial?

It's not even a given that Republicans would win that vote.

It would immediately go to the Supreme Court and you will quickly notice the reason Gorsuch and Kavanah were stuffed in the court....
