Timing - could a major "Ukraine Affair" movie be made in time to be influential ?

We need to simplify and dramatize what has happened for greater general public impact.

What major director could/would do it?

Who would you want to play the major characters?

What about animated Simpsons-like parody?

Drama / Comedy / Documentary / Crime Story ?
