had just won the House majority but didn't yet get sworn in. In that time period, as the Repubs still held the not-in-session House, he evaded the detail requirement. Had he taken that trip later and after we took over, the rules on his trip and needed disclosures changed markedly.

Question 2: I noted that Nunes' did a lot of reading of prepared opening and closing statements and thereafter literally handed off all his time to the Repub lawyer or that dunce Gym Jordan. Who drafted, wrote, edited and supplied some pretty well written yet mostly false allegations in those statements? Could NOT have been Cowman! Was it the WH lawyers? Trump's personal attorneys (not including overly verbose and often wrong Ghouliani)? Wasn't their loser of a committee hearing lawyer as he would have done ti himself. Perhaps some RNC operatives? Again, any guesses?
