just on CNN. Woman's mother was being attacked/hassled/ whatever bad enough for a all to the cops. Kept telling the 911 operator she wanted that pizza, and gave her address until the operator realized something was happening. Operator gave the code for no lights & sirens and the bad guy was caught.

911 operator was on mike and said all operators are trained to listen for code words-- they get a lot of bad guys that way.
