On in background all day. You hear alot subliminally - tone - patterns. Dingbat can't keep a secret - even if it makes him look bad. It like his superiority complex kicking in. Roody same way.

the information you want? Really?

You don't click links? How did you get here the first time?

Rude? What's rude is demanding that others do things for you.

You asked. I told you how you could find the information you wanted. You didn't go there.

Btw .. quote was from interviews in November 2019 with the author of the article, Adam Entous. The magazine is dated for 12/23/2019. All a click away...

I wasn't that interested in when and where it was said. I trust the New Yorker to get that right, so the quote was enough for me.

to stay this side of copyright law/courtesy, and also to guide everyone to the entire article. The authors might be getting compensated or reviewed partly by clicks and reads.

That's just an alternate view of why posting and following links here are helpful to the overall discourse.

You may think everyone has exactly your browser and your settings and your browsing history. Not all of us do.

When I click the link, it delivers a navigation bar of some kind top of page but almost instantly erases that and presents a completely blank page.

When did Giuliani say that?

Please.

Perhaps I can suggest something that will help you navigate the Internet better...

There are many browsers available. I use Chrome on all of my devices. It lets me see the New Yorker's page just fine, both on my desktop and my phone.

"In a long conversation with me this past November, Giuliani largely confirmed Lutsenko’s account of their relationship. He, too, saw Yovanovitch as an obstacle, hindering his attempt to dig up dirt against his client’s rival in advance of the 2020 election. “I believed that I needed Yovanovitch out of the way,” he said. “She was going to make the investigations difficult for everybody.” Giuliani compiled a dossier on the Bidens and Yovanovitch, which he sent to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and which was shared with the F.B.I. and with me. John Solomon, a journalist, had interviewed Lutsenko for the Washington-based publication The Hill. Giuliani promoted the project. “I said, ‘John, let’s make this as prominent as possible,’ ” Giuliani told me. “ ‘I’ll go on TV. You go on TV. You do columns.’ ”

And isn't that one of the points that came out of the hearings with Chairman Schiff?
Career professional after career professional came forward and told of being side-stepped by "Mayor Rudy" because he was IQ45's "buddy" running an "alternative plan" - you know, like "alternative facts!"

in foreign affairs is a horrible precedent to set. He was interfering in State Department territory and not under the control of our professional diplomats. A recipe for calamity. Trump is a moron!

NEVER admit guilt ala Roy Cohn.

In the context of his M.O. this is no stunner. It’s what he always does and to be expected. He’s going to claim he can do whatever he wants—and keep doing it to prove it.
