This was when he first foisted himself on us. She said, separate from whatever his obnoxious "policies", that she recognized his physical behaviors as those of a junkie, based on her own self-declared addiction and intimate knowledge of same within her circle of friends. She mentioned the sniffing, snorting, gasping, not to mention the flamboyance.
