If I were (was) a Conspiracy Theorist...?

What would happen if...?

Pelosi and the Democrats pass the War Powers Resolution, giving more power to the Congress in event of war, and it goes to the Senate.

Rand Paul and Mike Lee seem to be supportive of it. Mike Lee said he would vote for it.

What happens if it passes the Senate, also? Then it goes to Donald Trump for his veto.

What happens when Donald Trump vetoes the Resolution, in effect, telling the Congress (and the People) that he has more power than they?

Would that be a true constitutional crisis?

The question is, what R senators will continue to stick with a dictator and ensure their own irrelevance?

8. Yep. They don't care about their relevancy, they only care about keeping their seats

all stick with the dictator. They would be out in front of every camera they could find, declaring that the founders meant for this to be a dictatorship and anyone saying otherwise is a commie.

none of the Senate Republicans have shown even a passing concern for any part of the constitution except the second amendment.

Doubt there will be votes to override a Trump veto.

Not sure of all the particulars, but that is what she said.
